Welcome

I want you to know that you are valuable and loved. I want you to know that you are incredibly important. I want you to look in the mirror and see greatness, and dare to dream your greatest dreams.

I want you to know that your dream is a vital part of the earth dream, and the cosmos dream.

Whenever you feel disheartened or disempowered, please find this place and rejuvinate your courage. Replenish your faith and trust that you, indeed, are a beautiful miracle, constantly unfolding, revealing your own personal destiny, as well as that of the cosmos.

If you need extra support, you can always get in touch with me and we can work something out.

I will do my best to help.

In the meantime, ask yourself: Who are you really? And what did you come here to do?

A coming Buddha!

"It is possible that the next Buddha
may take the form of a community
practicing understanding and loving kindness,
a community paracticing mindful living.
This may be the most important thing we can do
for the survival of the Earth."

Thich Nhat Hanh

Time for a Change!

A quote I pulled from a documentary on community

"The time has come to break out of past patterns.
Attempts to maintain social and ecological stability through old approaches to development and environmental protection will increase instability.

Security must be sought through change. This Commission has noted a number of actions that must be taken to reduce risks to survival and to put future development on paths that are sustainable.

Yet we are aware that such an orientation on a continuing basis is simply beyond the reach of present decision-making structures and institutional arrangements, national and international."

Never Give Up!

I found this quote hanging in a shop in Brattleboro, Vermont

"Never give up
no matter what is going on
Never give up
Develop the heart
Too much energy in your country
is spent developing the mind instead of the heart
Develop the heart
Be compassionate not just to your friends but to everyone
Be compassionate
Work for peace in you heart and in the world
Work for peace and I say again
Never give up
No matter what is happening
No matter what is going on around you
Never give up"

Dalai Lama

Mirrors

This is a quote from the back of a book by the name of "Mirrors"

"Mirrors are full of people
The invisible see us.
The forgotten recall us
When we see ourselves, we see them
When we turn away, do they?

This book was written to
keep them from turning away.

In these pages past and present unite.
The dead are reborn, the anonymous have names:
the men who built the palaces and temples of their lords,
the women, ignored by those who ignore what they fear,
the south and east of the world, scorned by those who scorn what they ignore, the many worlds that the world contains and conceals,

the thinkers and the feelers,
the curious, condemned for asking, and the rebels and losers and lovely lunatics who were and are the salt of the earth."

Eduardo Galeano
